Bailey's MTV Bio
A musical theater student at Coastal Carolina University, Bailey screams Elle Woods. Like Elle, this 20-year-old plans on killing the competition with kindness on Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods.
When auditions rolled around, this pastor's daughter didn't hesitate to drive from her hometown of Anderson, S.C., to Nashville, Tenn., to follow her dream of being on Broadway. A real southern belle, Bailey has been performing for 15 years. She has starred in The Wizard of Oz, Seussical the Musical, A Year With Frog and Toad, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, High Steppin' Country and more.
Trained in tap, jazz and ballet, Bailey is a beauty queen who has won the Miss Anderson and Miss Liberty Teen pageants. And she volunteers at local theaters during her free time. One of her biggest accomplishments in her career was singing the national anthem in front of president Bill Clinton.
After graduating from college, Bailey plans on moving to New York to try to make it on Broadway. As one of the 10 finalists on Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods, it looks like she might be moving sooner rather than later!
